Using Our Website |
On each page of this
website you should see a course category
navigation box towards the left of the
screen. Click on each link to view
each training series available in that
particular category. You can then
click on each one of the products for a
detailed description. Usually
there are 6 courses displayed per page,
click the numbers at the bottom of the
page to bring up the next 6 courses in
that particular category.

Ordering A Training Series |
When you have found a
computer training product that you would
like to purchase, click the Purchase
button located under that particular
product. This will add it to your cart and
will show
in your mini cart located to the left of
your screen. You can then shop for more
courses, or you can click the checkout
button to enter your customer information
and payment details.

Checking Out |
When you reach the
checkout page you will be asked to enter
your customer details. The billing
address MUST match the billing address
associated with the credit card that you
choose to use. For extra security
measures against credit card fraud, our
processor requires that you enter the 3
digit verification number found on the
back of most credit cards to the right in
the signature box. You will also be asked
to view and agree to the license
agreement. You must accept this agreement
in order to purchase the training courses.

To enable cookies:
- Select 'Tools' from your main toolbar at the top of the
browser
- Select 'Internet Options'3) Select 'Security' tab at the top
in the window that opens and choose 'Custom Level' at the bottom
- Scroll down to the Cookies section and under 'Cookies',
enable both 'stored' and 'per session'
- Click 'OK'
Internet Explorer v6.x:To enable cookies:
- Select 'Tools' from your main toolbar at the top of the
browser
- Select 'Internet Options'
- Select 'Privacy' tab at the top in the window that opens and
click 'Advanced Options' button under 'Settings'
- Tick the 'Override automatic cookie handling' tickbox
- Enable the 'First Party' cookies by choosing 'Accept' or
'Prompt'
- Enable the 'Third Party' cookies by choosing 'Accept' or
'Prompt'
- Enable 'Always allow session cookies'
- Click 'OK'
