This course shows an administrator how to configure Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP), identify and troubleshoot TCP/IP connectivity and service problems, as well as designing a TCP/IP intranetwork.
Objectives:
After completing this course, students will be able to:

- Diagnose and resolve name resolution problems
- Identify the appropriate tool or utility to monitor network traffic
